185” Swing Arm Predator Dragsters
The predator 185" Swing Arm Dragster offers all the advantages of a state of the art swing arm dragster in a more manageable consistent package. ALL the benefits of racing a shorter dragster still apply. The addition of the swing arm suspension controls body roll and eliminates bouncing on rough shut down tracks. Smoother shut down allows for faster ET's and more MPH at the finish line.
Also consider how much flex a 235” chassis experiences, which makes suspension tuning difficult. A 185” wheelbase Predator Dragster is an inherently stiffer chassis, less tubing to flex, means it responds better to suspension tuning.
Safety upgrades on the Swing Arm Dragsters include a four caliper, dual reservoir master cylinder braking system. Each dragster has two complete independent brake systems. If one caliper should fail, you still have a complete working brake system.
Power is also upgraded to a 555 C.I.D. B.B.C. powering the Predator toET’s in the 7.90 range. The 475 and 505 C.I.D. B.B.C. is also available.

JIG COMPLETE: Dragsters at this stage of finish allow the experienced racer the opportunity to paint, powder coat, wire, and plumb the car. Everything needed to assemble a Predator Dragster using your own parts has been done. Please see complete breakdown.

ROLLING CHASSIS: This completion level gives you everything you need to go racing, just add your motor and transmission. Perfect for racers switching over from a door car, with an existing motor and transmission.
We say complete we mean painted (standard color), powder coated (standard color), plumbed, wired, all electronics, fuel system, wheels and tires, aluminum drive shaft, parachute, seatbelts, roll bar padding and even a battery. All components are new, name brand parts.
All you need is a motor, transmission, converter, headers, and air scoop! If you are providing your own transmission, we highly recommend using a dedenbear transmission case, allowing transbrake adjustment. Please see complete breakdown.
